These Terms of Service govern your use of CopyPatterns, operated by Eusty Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using copypatterns.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CopyPatterns is a platform that uses proprietary methods to analyze viral video content, identify recurring patterns and frameworks, and present these insights in an organized, searchable library. We provide original editorial analysis and commentary.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Free plan: Browse a limited selection of patterns and videos at no cost. No credit card required.
Pro plan: Paid subscription that unlocks full access to all patterns, videos, deep-dive breakdowns, advanced filters, and daily updates. Current pricing is displayed on the Pro page. Plans include monthly, annual, and lifetime options.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Lifetime plans are a one-time charge.
Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. Since you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period, we encourage you to evaluate the product before your next renewal. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for violations that cause material harm to our business.
Our content and methodology: The pattern names, pattern taxonomies, analysis frameworks, breakdowns, scripts, templates, and all other editorial content on CopyPatterns are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. This includes, but is not limited to, our pattern classification system, pattern descriptions, video analyses, hook formulas, script templates, and the overall structure and organization of our library. You may use our insights to inform your own content creation, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content. Building a competing product or service using content, data, or methodologies obtained from CopyPatterns is strictly prohibited.
Third-party videos: Videos referenced on CopyPatterns remain the property of their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of third-party video content.
Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create using insights from CopyPatterns. We make no claim to videos, posts, or other content you produce.
CopyPatterns is an educational and analytical tool. We provide pattern analysis and frameworks based on observed trends in viral content. We do not guarantee that using our patterns will result in viral content, increased followers, or specific engagement metrics. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including content quality, timing, audience, and platform algorithms.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyPatterns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of CopyPatterns shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of CopyPatterns after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CopyPatterns shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
